This policy explains what information Fractional Xperience collects when you visit this website, send us a message, or book a consultation, and what we do with it. We don’t sell your information, and we only share it with the service providers named below, which help us run the site.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people use this site, such as which pages they read and which buttons they click. This is more than anonymous page counts:
- PostHog gives your browser a random ID and may store it in a cookie, so it can tell when the same browser visits more than one page or comes back later.
- We record specific actions: clicking a “Book a call” button, clicking “Subscribe Now” on a pricing plan, clicking a link to one of our free tools, and viewing a blog post.
- When you send the contact form, we record that event under the email address you entered, which links that record to you personally.
We use this to see what’s working on the site and to follow up on inquiries. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to us through Resend, our email delivery service. The message stays in our inbox so we can reply to you.
Booking a consultation
When you book a call through our scheduling page, we store:
- Your name and email address
- The date and time of the meeting
- Any notes you add when booking
Your booking creates an event and a Google Meet link in the host’s Google Calendar, and we use Resend to send you confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and rescheduling emails. If you cancel, we remove the calendar event and stop the reminders, and we keep a record that the booking was cancelled.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are PostHog’s, used for the analytics described above. We don’t use advertising cookies or track you on other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run the site: PostHog (analytics), Resend (email), Google (calendar and meeting links), and Cloudflare (hosting). They process it to provide their service to us. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@fractionalxperience.com. You can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time using the links in your confirmation email.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
