360 Energy’s New Website is Live!

One of the larger sites (certainly by page count) we’ve ever worked on is now live after 3 solid months of work.

360 Energy’s site was a unique challenge – it’s not everyday you have a client who’s been around for 30 years. Migrating their 300 articles and 140 podcasts into Webflow’s CMS, while preserving SEO integrity and creating a modern, user-friendly structure, was no small task. But the result is a site that seamlessly connects their wealth of industry knowledge to their audience.

It’s incredibly impressive that their podcast The 360 On Energy & Carbon hasn’t missed a beat in three years, and we wanted to ensure the new site gave it the attention it deserves. Since podcast pages didn’t exist on the old site, we built new, optimized pages from the ground up, focusing on SEO and user engagement. It’ll be exciting to see how these efforts translate into better visibility and audience growth, as the content is packed with actionable insights and expertise.

The massive number articles posed a separate challenge. Many were already ranking well, so preserving SEO value during the redesign was crucial. Beyond giving the content a fresh look, we spent nearly a month categorizing, tagging, summarizing, and properly internally relinking the archive – tasks that required over 30 minutes per article. Images from the old site weren’t optimized either, so we recompressed each of them properly. While Webflow’s relational CMS made it easier to create new taxonomies and content relationships, importing from WordPress and managing thousands of redirects from the flat structure of the old site required careful planning.

Transforming 30 years of industry expertise into a modern, SEO-friendly site was incredibly rewarding. Advanced search tools and dynamic content relationships now help visitors discover related articles, success stories, white papers and podcasts effortlessly. By combining sleek design, improved functionality, and optimized content, the new site not only enhances 360 Energy’s online presence but positions them to lead in the energy space for years to come.
